Instructograph Tapes

I just came into possession of a complete set of American Morse
Instructograph tapes that belonged to Irving N. Akers, the son of Rural
Retreat agent J. L. Akers. I had never heard of these before so a little
Googling lead to a website that says the tapes and the playing machine were
used from the 1920’s up until the 1980’s. Anyone on the list have
experience using these, and do you know if there are any players around,
other than a few I found on EBay?
