Ex-UP 90s

The two I have seen with one photographed completely for details, her in Rural Hall, NC have been armour yellow.  I have seen pictures on the internet of these SD90’s starting the rebuild program in Juniata shops.  As stated they are to be rebuilt to SD70ACE’s.  Good info sources are:
