611 Excursions after July 4th weekend

I am going to say this. As Joe here mentions the train set is to be used
by the 765 and 4501. Hence why 611 will not be running anymore this year
after the July 4 excursions. This said, as far the new CEO not allowing
any more excursions. I personally doubt there is any truth to that. Why?
Well its a matter of conjecture, but I am pretty sure that VMT had many
talks with NS about being allowed to run the 611 for the foreseeable
future before they ever started FireUp611. I highly doubt that would
have started such a grand undertaking IF there was a question about
running 611 after the 2015 season.
