Covered hopper car Question

N&W Class HC-69 and HC-70 were built by PS in 1969 and 1970 respectively; my N&W diagram sheet lists 4740 cubic feet capacity; length over strikers is 56'7", 57'3" over running boards and coupled length 59' 2 1/2".
