It is back up now.
  RailCam RailCam   To  me         Today at 7:08 PM      We've experienced two separate incidents and causes over the last week or so. Our apologies for the outage, but we think we are up for the long haul now. Thank you..

All I can get is the VLC cone. I am using latest version of VLC and Chrome. This began about a week ago. I was getting it fine before.
