Electrics in Bluefield

I think the image is early 1940's, as the passenger station has been remodeled; and I think I have seen this image somewhere before.

This image that was posted on the Facebook site, 
"You Know You're From Princeton, WV, if...." shows the prevalence of electric 
locomotives on the N&W of bygone days.  One locomotive on the shop 
track appears to be a Class LC-2 electric, dating this scene as being sometime 
after the first two were delivered in 1924.
