two VGN questions

Attached is a photo that shows the second number that was attached to each
unit of an EL-1A/EL-3A and an EL-2B.  The picture shows squarehead No. 101
at Princeton with a small plate attached that reads EL 5.

I have never heard of one of the conveyor cars coming to Mullens.
