1964 merger article

Just so everyone is aware, the latest issue of "Nickel Plate Magazine" from the Nickel Plate Road Historical & Technical Society is dedicated to the 1964 merger, and while there is a focus on NKP, it looks at all of the involved railroads, their situation before the merger, and why they wanted to be part of the merger.  I believe it is actually a reprint of a 1974 issue commemorating the 10th anniversary of the merger.
