Spice Creek Branch - Milepost Prefix

 When was the milepost prefix used for the Spice Creek Branch changed from
"R" to "RP"?  I've included photos of milepost R3, which has "RP3" painted
on the back side.  I'd venture a guess that "RP" stands for Roderfield and
Premier, the orgin and terminus of the branch.
