Two More Bridge ID's Needed

 Can anyone provide a number for these bridges which still retain their
concrete bridge ID markers?

Image 8438 was once part of the passenger main through downtown Welch, WV.
This bridge spanned the Tug Fork.

Image 5290 is located in downtown Petersburg, VA and carries the N&W old
main over Lieutenant's Run.
