It certainly looks like a Class De diner; there are "reporting marks" of KCRI next to the door; I'm not familiar with that marking.  Maybe Ken Miller can add some information.

Saw this picture on Ebay today and it looks like it could possibly be ex n&w as the title indicates.  Can anyone confirm this and does anyone know anything about it's subsequent history/present location?
