Seniority Date for P W Leftwich, Nfk Div Telegrapher, Early 1950s ???

Does anyone have a Norfolk Division Seniority Roster of Telegraphers from the early 1950s? I'm looking for the hire date of P. W. Leftwich, who was agent at Ford in 1956... for his grandson.
