Your track chart appears to be the Jan 1, 1953 revision (check lower, 
left-hand corner of title page) showing the North Fork - Switchback 
realignment.

Nov 1, 1950 track chart of Elkhorn Tunnel to North Fork attached. The
Cooper to Lick Branch realignment started in June 1947 and was completed
circa September 1950.  The realignment from North Fork to Lick Branch
started in June 1951
