2106 was retired at Bluefield on July 16, 1959. In Prince's book,
Pocahontaqs Coalhauler, he lists individual locomotives that were sold for
scrap and to whom sold. He does not list 2106 and if not listed it probably
was scrapped at Roanoke Shops sometime after its retirement date.
