daylighting Kiser (Carbo) Tunnel

Kiser (Carbo) tunnel suffered a cave-in on June 21, 1975. Traffic was
rerouted for three weeks while the tunnel was day lighted creating the
present 200-foot open cut.

Does anyone know what year Kiser(Carbo) Tunnel was daylighted on Clinch
Valley Line? It is shown on 1968 track chart, but not on 1986 track chart.
