Mechanical Engineer Names

My A book contains a list of all the guys in the Mechanical Engineer's 
office when the A was designed.  A couple of changes occurred between that 
time and when the J was designed.  John Pilcher retired as chief Mechanical 
Engineer in 1938 and  his place was taken by H. W. Reynolds.  The Chief 
Draftsman retired in 1936 and his place was taken by Gurdon P. McGavock.

The guy who designed the streamlining was not in the ME's office.  He was 
Frank C. Noel.
