Kenova District Locomotive Engineer

Hi NW List,
 
I am looking to track down any information on my grandfather, William E. Ackinson.  He was a locomotive engineer retiring from the Kenova District on May 25th 1945.  He was based in Portsmouth, Ohio.  Any help or leads would be greatly appreciated.
