Shenandoah Valley construction

NS has begun construction extending the Shenandoah Junction passing siding
southward.  I understand the siding was to extend southward to MP H-25, but
has been revised to end at the Rt.9 highway overpass at Daniels. (Ranson
WV).  See attached photos for views looking south and north.
