E unit in Roanoke

It's the Wabash E-8 1009. It has been at the East End Shops for cosmetic  
restoration for the Virginia Museum of Transportation. I heard the original  
trucks have returned from Altoona but I don't know why it was out of the 
shops  yet. It has been sitting on the trucks that N&W 1776 had before she got 
a  correct set during her restoration.

VMT  web cam.  Anybody know anything about it?  It was facing  east.
