Does anyone know when construction of the Motive Power Building at 
the Roanoke Shops was completed?

Pat Striplin gives the year (1911) but nothing more than that.

                  I can't tell you right now when the building was completed.  That
                  date may be in the ICC Valuation data for 1916 (+ or -), but
                  if you look at the east end of the building, it's apparent that an
