N&W P4 Observation in Saudi Arabia

I think they can be done concurrently because of the different phases they are in.  The Fire Up 611 Campaign appears to have the people, place, and plan lined up, they primarily need funding now.  Preserving the P4 or any other American equipment that may be in Saudi Arabia is something that still requires a lot of planning and networking.  By the time that is accomplished, the 611 group may have completed their fundraising.  So people can focus their money on 611 and their research and contacting on the P4.

    It can happen among friends, colleagues, enthusiasts, etc.
