New eTAF and NWHS survey just now posted on line

The mandatory question on page one is marked by a red asterisk *. You need
to answer the question
"Are you a current member of the Norfolk & Western Historical Society?".
The question is the same on the paper copy. Of course on the paper version
you can skip answering if you want.
