 Yesterday this scale test car came into Bristol in the middle of 37Q but
Knoxville dispatch requested that the car be switched out and placed on the
end of the 9,000 ft train.
 In that process the crossings at State Street and 5th St (in Tenn) were
blocked for quite awhile while 22A had to be patient pulling to the yard
office for crew change and 16T held at Piney Flats.
