N&W Concrete Water Tanks

The N&W used systems from the American Water Softener Company. I have a
sales brochure for the company, but I haven't looked at it or for it for
probably ten years.
There weren't any concrete water tanks on the Scioto Division in Ohio.

I suspect there may be others, but one of the concrete tanks still stands at
Radford, Virginia. I doubt it is on railroad property, so be cautious of
going over directly to it. Of course, all the iron work has long since been
removed.
To find it you can look on Google Maps, find the railroad yard, and go
slightly south, the first road crossing off East Main Street is Harrison
Street, cross the tracks, turn right on West Street, the tank is to your
left, off what appears to be someone's driveway.
