Bridge out of Clare Yard

Listers,
I've recently travelled east on Columbia Parkway out of Cincinnati towards Mariemont and saw that the rail overpass coming out of Clare Yard heading northwest is bring worked on.  Any one know what is going on?.  About a year or more ago I did some rail fanning in the area (I live in Milford just up the road from Mariemont) and found that the line coming out of Clare Yard and heading over the afore mentioned bridge was physically cut and blocked with ties. Thanks for any and all input
