Crew & Engine Districts on the AM&O ?

Does anyone know where crews and engines were changed on the AM&O? 

Lynchburg to Central Depot (Radford) was 97 miles, and that makes sense as one crew and engine district. Central Depot to Bristol was 107 miles, and that makes sense as another crew and engine district. 

But east of Lynchburg the matter is not so transparenct. AM&O listed the distance between Norfolk and Lynchburg as 204 miles. Was that a single crew/engine district, or were engs/crews also changed at Petersburg (81 miles west of Norfolk) ?
