Where is it?

I'm pretty sure the engine is a J , not a K2 or K2a, so that eliminates the Shenandoah Division. The terrain appears relatively flat, so that could indicate the Norfolk Division or possibly the Columbus line. That's about as far as I can go with it. Hope this helps.
