Dave, thank you; I learned something. "Cooper" as a location didn't ring a
bell.
I can understand your interest in a specific place, and not quite being
able to justify it.  My whole basement plan got rearranged when I became
obsessed with the Mullens Motor Barn. (moment of silence; it was demolished
last year.  Waaahhh!!)

And I'll recommend the Bluestone Book.  Alex did a fine job, IMHO.
