Green Cove Depot Construction

The marker at the station states "Built by the Virginia Carolina Railroad
about 1914.  McGuinn mentions the rails reached Green cove in 1914.

What is the construction date for the V-C Railway Green Cove depot?   Some
sources suggest 1912, others 1914.
