N&W Obervations 581 and 582 in Saudi Arabia.

Why do you make that assumption?  I've been following this email site for years and can't recall about the cars in SA.  Just would like to know the history - thanks.

I know this has been beat to death over the years, but in a thread on RYPN.org, someone posted a link to a satellite image of a rail yard in Ad Dammam clearly showing passenger cars and at least 3-4 observation cars.
