Hobo Pays Two Dollars a Mile

    Felix Angelo, an Italian, was captured Friday by Officer Walters and taken to the city jail for beating his way on a freight train.  When searched at the jail he was found to be carrying $160 in $20 bills.  He left one them with the city for its trouble in taking him up and afterwards releasing him.  Felix's trip cost him over $2 per mile and he has no recourse under the two-cent fare law.
