Flag sttops on N&W

On the N&W, at a scheduled flag stop where an agent was on duty, a green and
white flag by day or green and white lights at night were displayed to
indicate the train was to stop for passengers.
The same signals were also displayed to stop a local freight train to pick
up LCL freight.
