Norfolk and Western Will Take All Through Passengers to Richmond
    Tariffs have been filed before the interstate commerce commission [sic] at Washington by the Norfolk and Western announcing that on all tickets reading through Cincinnati or Columbus via the Norfolk and Western to Norfolk, Va., or points on the Atlantic coast reached by the Norfolk and Western and the Atlantic Coast Line, south of Petersburg, Va., a free side trip will be given to Richmond, Va., and return from Petersburg.
