C&O 614 to VMT

    Its call politics. CSX will not move the locomotive. So the C&OHS has VMT to ask
NS for free move to Roanoke. Then have NS move it at a latter date to the Buckingham Branch RR
for delivery to the C&OHS at Clifton Forge if they can overcome the 300 ft .of track from BB RR to their
yard.
