NWHS Foundation?

Hi List members,

 

            Maybe one of the board of directors members has an answer to
this question.  I think that before Jim Gillium (sp?) passed away he was
starting a NWHS Foundation.  Does it still exist?  If so how does one make a
pledge?  And to what, where and when?
