Book on the Shenandoah Valley Line

I recently learned of a book written by Mason Cooper entitled Norfolk &
Western's Shenandoah Valley Line.   I have not seen it before and could not
find it in The Commissary or on the used book websites that I frequent.
Does anyone know of a location where I could obtain a copy in reasonably
good condition?
 
Speaking of the Commissary, I just received the latest issue of the Arrow.
Fantastic!  I really love the article on the early Geeps.  For years I've
been hoping for a correct model of the 1955  prototypes, but no luck so far.
I cant' even find the proper decals for the first 4 Units 10 - 13 acquired
in 1955.  
 
Can anyone help with either of these?
