NS coal train derailment near Suffolk?

Is this the same one? A friend of mine from near Blacksburg sent me a link this
morning to the Roanoke Times article.

8 loaded coal cars on their side, trains re-routed to other side of New River,
looks like it is already cleaned up from the Roanoke Times article.
