HEARD IN HOTEL LOBBIES

    "Work on the double track between Wyoming and Devon," declared a railroad man yesterday, "is not progressing very rapidly, owing to the very bad weather we have had this fall and winter, and I am inclined to the opinion that the Norfolk and Western will not get much double track this winter."
