First doublestacks at Bluefield?

Understand that these are the first doublestacks at Bluefield. Have been 
there a few weeks at least. Assume they came from the east as a test train 
for the Heartland Corridor project, as the west end of the project is still 
being worked on. Image taken from Grant street bridge looking west.
