Ohio Board of Public Works Says Railway Encroaches on State Property
    The Ohio state board of public works has issued its annual report and in it urges the attorney general to take legal steps against several railroad companies for encroachment on state property, among them being the Norfolk and Western railway, at Stony Creek, Rose county.  The value of the property occupied by the Norfolk and Western is alleged to be $3,300.
