Krag was the N&W name for the end of the Elkhorn Branch serving the Elkhorn Coal & Coke Co (later Mill Creek Coal & Coke Co) near Maybeury, WV.  The branch line joined the mainline at Switchback, WV.

  Thanks for the help/information.  Perhaps you or someone else out there could help with another question from the same general area.  The 1936 Railway Age notes N&W's application to abandon 0.65 miles of line from Coopers to "Krag".  Anybody know where Krag is/was and where this line tied into the main?
