K-1 Tender Question

Eight of the 16 K1's received ex-Pere Marquette 2-8-4 tenders in 1954-55. 
Pere Marquette was merged into the C&O in about 1947 and these tenders had 
been used on the C&O for a while until retired by 1952 on that road.
