The title block of this drawing notes a scale that appears to be " 1/2" = 1 
ft "  If that could be verified by checking the drawing, the lack of 
dimensions problem is moot.

Once you find the width of the sign, you can a close approximation of the 
support dimensions by a process of proportional measurements from the photo 
of the J600.
