THE GRAHAM DAILY NEWS
------
New Engine and Pump

The Norfolk and Western installed at their pumping station here yesterday a new engine and pump, making three large pumps in use which pump water from Bluestone to the railroad shops at Bluefield. Some idea may be had as to the amount of Bluestone water that goes to Bluefield for the use of the railroad company when it is stated that these pumps have a capacity of more than two million gallons of water in twenty-four hours and they are kept going continually in order that the supply at Bluefield does not become exhausted.
