Norfolk and Southern Property Bid is for Reorganization Committee

    Norfolk, Va., Dec. 7--The Norfolk and Southern Railway property late today was bid in for$8,500,000 by Rathbone Gardner, of New York, in the name of the Norfolk and Southern Reorganization committee.
