Manassas, Virginia Railway Festival this Saturday, June 6th!

It's almost here and the weather gods seem like they are going to be shining on us this time. No 95 degree temperature with humidity to match like last year's event (whew!!), we should have near ideal temperature for an outdoor event such as this and there should be plenty for kids of all ages (as well as us BIG kids, too!) to keep occupied.

It will be held in old towne Manassas centered around the depot and there is NO admission fee to the festival, however sampling all the epicurean delicacies (?) and vendor booths will be another matter.

There are many Civil War sites nearby and CW Museums as well.
