     Gentlemen,
     It is with a very heavy heart and a tear in my eye. That I must report 
the passing of the N&W color position light signals here in Pickaway County 
these past several days.  All position light signals have been removed and 
the new signals have been turned towards the track. One more piece of N&W 
history has gone to the great beyond. The only signs of the N&W now is the 
pole line and I am sure that will get buried at some point. Enclosed are 
two pictures to observe the passing
