In 1958, I think, The Baltimore Sun did a feature on the Abingdon branch in 
their Sunday magazine supplement.  That's the reason for Bodine's 
photographs of the branch.  Word had gotten out by then that operations like 
this, both steam and mixed trains, were living on borrowed time.  I saved 
this article, but not sure I have it now.
