July 8, 1973 steam trip passing Boyce

Please see the picture taken of Boyce station on July 8, 1973:

This view was apparently taken from the observation car on a steam special, judging by the smoke wisps above the track. I initially thought it might have been a NKP 759 High Iron Company trip from Hagerstown to Shenandoah, but in checking the 759 was running a trip to Scranton around that weekend. The Southern Steam Specials didn't venture onto the north end of the Hagerstown District. So, would you have any thoughts about what trip this may have been?
