To Install Interlocking Plant

    Sam Waddle will leave for St. Paul today where he will assist in installing the new interlocking plant at that place where the Norfolk and Western and the Carolina, Clinchfield and Ohio railroads cross.  The plant will be in operation in a few days.

[A subsequent article to be posted here later gives Monday, February 15, 1909, as the date of the first trains and regular passenger service over the CC&O and coincidentally the same first over the VGN the same date).
